Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Frenzlo mobile application and related services (together, "Frenzlo"). By creating an account or using Frenzlo, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use Frenzlo. Your use of Frenzlo is also subject to our Privacy Policy and our Child Safety Standards, which form part of these Terms.
2. Who may use Frenzlo
You must be at least 13 years old to use Frenzlo. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use Frenzlo only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, and certain privacy protections are applied to your account by default.
You may not use Frenzlo if you have previously been removed from the service, or if doing so is prohibited by law where you live.
3. Your account
Frenzlo accounts are created and verified using your phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to that phone number secure, and for any activity that takes place through your account.
Frenzlo allows one active session at a time. Signing in on a new device will end your session on the previous one. You may link up to two phone numbers to a single account.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app, or by using the account deletion page.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the messages, photos, videos, stories and reels you create on Frenzlo ("your content"). We do not claim ownership of it.
You grant Frenzlo a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit and display your content strictly for the purpose of operating and providing the service to you and the people you share it with. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the content has already been shared with others or where we must retain it to comply with law.
You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Frenzlo to:
- Post or share content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, in any form. This is subject to our zero-tolerance Child Safety Standards.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, stalk or bully any person.
- Share content that is unlawful, hateful, violent, or that promotes self-harm.
- Send spam, run scams, or distribute malware.
- Collect other users' data without their consent, including by scraping.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to Frenzlo's systems, or interfere with their normal operation.
- Use automated means to create accounts or interact with the service.
6. Moderation and enforcement
Frenzlo provides in-app reporting on all user content and profiles. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and child safety reports are prioritised — the reported account is restricted ahead of review.
Where content or behaviour breaches these Terms, we may remove content, limit account features, suspend an account, or terminate it. Child safety reports are prioritised and may result in immediate account restriction ahead of review, together with reporting to law enforcement and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
7. Advertising
Frenzlo is supported in part by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. Ads may appear in the feed, between stories and between reels.
You can limit ad personalisation using your device's advertising settings and the controls described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Service availability and changes
We work to keep Frenzlo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these Terms.
Where a change to these Terms is material, we will give notice in the app or by another reasonable means before it takes effect. Continuing to use Frenzlo after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Frenzlo and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your account is used in a way that creates risk or legal exposure, or if we are required to do so by law. Where practical and lawful, we will tell you why.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Frenzlo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frenzlo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
