Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation

Zero tolerance. Frenzlo has an absolute zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behavior that sexually exploits or endangers minors. Any violation results in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to law enforcement authorities.
Our Commitment
Frenzlo is committed to creating a safe environment for all users, especially minors. We actively work to prevent, detect, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform through technical safeguards, human review, and cooperation with law enforcement.
Safety Measures
Age Minimum & Verification
Frenzlo requires all users to be at least 13 years old. Users who appear to be under 13 are removed upon detection.
Content Moderation
Every piece of content on Frenzlo — images, video, profiles and messages — can be reported in-app by any user, and reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Child safety reports are prioritised: the reported account is restricted ahead of review. Content that violates our child safety policies is removed immediately and the account suspended pending investigation.
User Reporting Tools
Every profile, post, message, reel, and story has an in-app report button. Reports are reviewed promptly and acted upon within 24 hours for child safety issues.
Parental Supervision Tools
Frenzlo includes built-in family supervision features allowing parents to monitor activity and restrict content access for users aged 13–17.
Privacy Defaults for Minors
Accounts identified as belonging to users aged 13–17 default to stricter privacy settings. Direct messaging from strangers is restricted by default.
Law Enforcement Cooperation
We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by law.
Prohibited Content & Behaviour
The following are strictly prohibited on Frenzlo and will result in immediate permanent account termination and reporting to authorities:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
Grooming, solicitation, or sexual communication with minors
Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAM
Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers children
Attempts to circumvent age verification or parental controls
