You can delete your Frenzlo account at any time — from inside the app or by contacting us directly. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before you delete: Deletion is irreversible. Your messages, posts, reels, stories, and contacts will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Delete from the app

Open Settings
Tap your profile photo → tap Settings in the top right.

Go to Account
Select Account → then Manage Account.

Tap Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Confirm with your OTP to proceed.
Can't access the app?
If you no longer have access to your account or phone number, email us and we'll process the deletion manually within 7 business days. Include the phone number associated with your account.
Account deletion is processed immediately. All personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days. Anonymised aggregates (e.g. view counts) may remain in analytics logs and are not linked to your identity.
